Energy Balls

Ingredients:
11 dates
½ cup soy milk
1 cup ground flax seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp shredded coconut
Directions:
1. Mix everything in an electric blender (except the coconut) until smooth.
2. Add coconut.
3. With your hands, roll in to small balls.

1. Heat the dates with a little soy milk to soften them.
2. Puree the dates in the blender then add the rest of the ingredients.

Variations:
Add spices: cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, cayenne pepper...to your taste!
